SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All shipping costs are final and will be calculated at checkout. We ship all of our packages through UPS and USPS to ensure that your order arrives promptly. The estimated delivery date will be available at checkout, and we strive to meet or exceed these shipping times.
In the event that your order is lost during shipping, refunds may vary based on the situation. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returning Policy
Reven 101 will happily accept returns up to 60 days after purchase. Refunds will not be issued until product(s) have reached a Reven 101 facility. Reven 101 does not offer refunds for reward points,coupons, or shipping. All refunds will be sent back to the original payment method or a Reven 101 e-gift card.

Reven 101 will not issue refunds for items that have not been sold, for example if you wanted to return a pair of Reven 101 shoes and you sent us one shoe or a different pair of shoes, we will not issue a refund. Notice, trying to receive a refund for “false products” can result in a permanent ban from all World Trust platforms.

Clearance Returning Policy
Depending on the product, some items may not be available for a refund. When purchasing a “clearance” product make sure to check the “Product Information” section or check the product’s description for more returning policy information.

If the clearance product is approved for a refund, we can only refund the current price of the item. For example if a shirt was marked down to $15.00 when you purchased it and now it's only $5.00, we can only offer you a $5 refund.

If you purchased an item that was on sale, we can only issue the refund for the price you purchased the item for. If you need to exchange the product we will happily honor the price you have purchased the original item for. Sale item exchanges can only be used for the same design.

Gift Card Returning Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable. Once a gift card has been purchased, we can no longer offer refunds. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or for another REVEN 101 brand gift card. If the card is lost we may be able to find your card in our systems, besides that it’s your loss.

Coupon Policy
You can use promotional coupons or you can earn coupons through our rewards program. Customers can only use one coupon per transaction, most coupons expire after one use, promotional coupons can be reused numerous times until expiration date. Coupons cannot be redeemed in cash.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping is non-refundable once the item has been shipped. If you cancel the order before the item is shipped, shipping costs will be applied to your refund and should show in your account from 3-7 business days. If your order has already shipped, refunds may vary, most times we will not issue refunds for shipping.

Reward Points Refunds
Points earned from “101 Rewards” cannot be refunded. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or for a Reven 101 e-gift card. Reward points cannot be transferred from one account to another. Reward points from other REVEN 101 platforms cannot be redeemed at Reven 101.

Refund Processing
Once a refund is issued, it usually takes 3-7 business days to show back up in your bank account. If you requested a gift card or used a gift card for your purchase the refund is immediate and the digital card can be used the same day you received the card.
